Mission To Hanover

WHAT A DAY, GLORIOUS DAY, IT WAS !

MISSION TO HANOVER, Nov. 10, 2007

God truly blesses !!  Over 100 volunteers gathered together to serve other church members and our community.  Click here to view photos of some of the activity that took place.

Gal. 5:13 - - - - but through love, serve one another

The weather was perfect.  Everyone arrived at the church ready to reach out to others.  A wonderful breakfast was waiting.  Materials and crews were dispersed.  And wonderful things happened: people went out, finished their project and then went on to help others complete their  projects.

Their was roofing, siding, new doors, steps built, railings,  plumbing repairs, roof sealant, bushes trimmed or cut down, leaves gotten up and simple weatherizations done.  Some recipients received a basket of food and information about our church and the opportunity to hear that there is help from the WORD of GOD.  Those being served were grateful and appreciative, while those serving were shown that appreciation, but even more that that, they were serving our Lord.. What blessings !.

 PRAYER WAS ANSWERED !!
